Method to copy all aspects of a case file (reports, photos, video, audio, etc) to a cd or dvd so the entire case file can be either stored or forwarded to prosecutors as a complete package.

Provide a single button or method to print all pages of a report, including supplemental reports, Inv. Reports, etc.

Perhaps this ability could be linked to the profile of the user so that only persons who are in supervisory capacities have that ability.

create a mailing label or give option to print address on a #10 envelope...would reduce errors when doing mailings.

Would like the option of printing or not printing the property section on the incident report. You may have a lot of evidence with a report but don't need the property to print. I know you can click the confidential box but it still wastes paper when it prints "confidential" for each piece of property. A 2 page report can easily become 10 pages of blank space.

Add the ability for a user to attach any valid windows document or file to an email.
